WHAT IS NELL NATION FITNESS?

Nell Nation was founded with the idea of providing personal, small group training in a more affordable fashion.

Even more importantly, Nell Nation was founded with the intention of creating and providing a community for anyone who wants to be a part of it. Friendships, accountability, positive reinforcement and being surrounded by people who care are the most important and valuable resources you can have when you embark on a new journey and WE want to be that for YOU.


WHAT ARE WORKOUTS LIKE?

Nell Nation Workouts consist of a combination of functional weight-lifting and cardiovascular movements. See the schedule above for what workouts occur on which days of the week.


WHAT IF I AM NOT IN SHAPE?

Perfect ☺

Every workout can be scaled/modified to fit your needs.

Just starting out? Take things a little slower, subtract a set, lower the amount of suggested reps or move a little less weight.

Consider yourself a pro? Move a little faster, add in an extra set, add a couple reps or move a little more weight.

And always make sure open communication is kept with the trainer on duty o that we can make sure you are getting the workout YOU need.

It is so, vitally important to remember that this is YOUR workout and that means doing what is best and appropriate for YOU, not necessarily the person next to you ☺

Finally, we tell our clients to ALWAYS keep in mind that our concern is not only having a good workout today, but also having a good workout 10 years from today!
